Gwen Stefani – No Doubt

No Doubt kicked off their tour at the Borgata in Atlantic City. Gwen was amazing and the venue was so intimate, it was almost like a private concert. Mexican Lasagna

Leave it to Rachael Ray to combine my two favorite cuisines; Italian and Mexican. I went with her preparation method and used a modified version of my own turkey chili recipe for the filling. The best part is, you can save some turkey chili for the next day! Grab some tortilla chips and you are good to go.

I encourage you to buy Emeril’s Bayou blast because it makes things so easy, and trust me, you will make this again. Emeril is infamous for adding extra calories, so my recipe below just makes things more figure friendly.

Our first wedding anniversary is Sunday, May 3! It is hard to believe that just one short year ago, I was having my bridezilla moment–when the kid at kinkos cut my programs directly in half, when they were supposed to be folded. I cried, I screamed, and then I made him redo them for free. Being a bride was such hard work, but being a wife is so worth it.
